Offshore  and Crane Winches

Offshore winches are an important and fast growing part of the turnover of Ridderinkhof.

Ridderinkhof offshore winches are available upto the highest pulling force and capacity. Multiple drum systems, spooling gears, force/length measuring and control systems are available.

Ridderinkhof supplied electrical driven anchor positioning winches on pipelayers at 250 tons pull hydraulical driven 100 ton anchor positioning winches for cable-layers, diesel driven 150 tons anchor position winches on pipelayers and, recently 12 pcs electrical fequency controlled CT, 120 ton hoist/ tugger winches under DNV on Heerema`s Thialf.
Full proportional continuous rendering brakesystems are available to pay out  anchors or loads to positions up to 100 tons veering force over the whole length of the wire at rendering powers up to 2500 kW.

In our own huge production plant with big machines of Brusselle Enterprises in Belgium, any winch size and required hoist and renderspeed can be made. We deliver DNV-approved winch systems.

The design, production and assembling is all done in our tree factories in Holland and Belgium. We make drums up to 4,5 m and gearwheels upto 3,5 m, module 28, ourselves.

For winches with very heavy requirements at lifetime, shocks and safetyfactors we are able to fullfil clients heaviest specifications because we can make all gearwheels ourselves. We can be independent from commercial available standard gearboxes and parts.
