Mooring winches are available in every thinkable pull force and lay out.

Since 1900 Ridderinkhof mooring winches are well known for its robustness, reliability, extreme long life-time and relative low maintenance. Mooring winches are available in every thinkable pull force and lay out. With multiple drums, warping heads, chain lifters, spooling gear, length and line-pull measuring and Constant Tension systems. Static braking up to 400 ton. Full continuous dynamic brake systems up to 110 ton @ 2500 kW for repositioning or controlled sailing out of anchors or vessels.
We supplied numerous mooring winches, most of them are outfitted with hydraulic or electric motors, more and more with frequency drives, occasionally with diesel/torque converters.
 
The design, production and assembling of the winches will all be done in one of our three factories in Holland and Belgium. With our own machining facilities we are capable of producing all components in-house, even for the largest mooring winches. We can supply the most reliable winches in relative short delivery time, and still guarantee the high standard of quality. With this concept are we capable to fabricate spare parts “overnight”, even for very old winches. Besides the standard range of mooring winches, ridderinkhof is successful in the production of special designs and extreme corrosion protection.
